摘要
本文通过对日产JEM-6C透射式电子显微镜样品室的环境温区,由77°K扩展到4.2°K附近的改造设计,达到揭示新材料在该温区特性的目的。
We re-designed the cryostat of Japan-made JEM-6C transmission electronic microscope and managed to extend the working temperature range from 77°to around 4.2°K.This development thus enables this device to reveal some characteristics of novel materials at this temperature range.
