淫羊藿多糖对小鼠卵泡发育的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Epimedium Polysaccharides on murine follicular development

摘要 对健康雌性小鼠灌服不同剂量淫羊藿多糖,研究淫羊藿多糖对卵泡发育及卵母细胞体外成熟的影响。结果表明:连续灌服7 d淫羊藿多糖后,高剂量组(6 mg/0.2 mL),中剂量组(4 mg/0.2 mL)与对照组子宫卵巢系数分别为0.403%,0.245%和0.146%,差异显著(P〈0.05)。灌服淫羊藿多糖后小鼠卵巢卵泡个数和直径均有所提高。卵巢组织学分析表明,随着给药剂量的增加,有腔卵泡的数量也有增加,中、高剂量组卵巢上出现黄体。卵母细胞体外成熟培养表明,中、高剂量组所获GVBD卵母细胞百分率(61.4%和73.0%)与对照组相比(50.0%)均有显著提高(P〈0.05)。本研究表明,小鼠每天灌服淫羊藿多糖4-6 mg,连续1周后可明显促进卵泡发育,并提高卵母细胞体外成熟率。 Healthy female mice were oral administrated with Epimedium Polysaccharid( EPS) to investigate the effect of EPS on murine follicular development and oocyte maturation in vitro. The results showed that the uterus-ovary /body weight ratio was 0. 403%,0. 245% and0. 146% in high-,middle-dosage and control mice,respectively after 7 days of continuous EPS administration( P〈0. 05). The value of follicular number and diameter was increased after EPS administration. Histological analysis indicated that percentage of antral follicles in both middle and high dosage groups increased with dosage,furthermore,corpus lutea were observed in these two groups. Oocyte maturation in vitro derived from middle and high dosage groups yielded significantly higher GVBD rates( 61. 4% and 73. 0%,respectively) than that( 50.0%) of the control( P〈0. 05). These results showed that daily oral administration of 4 -6 mg EPS for 1 week could significantly promote follicular development in mice and improve oocyte maturation in vitro.
