To Protective Display Word Document by Dynamic Control OLE Object Method

提出用动态编程技术结合OLE对象方法显示文档的设想,并在构建"中药叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法数据库"的实践中试用。运行与测试结果表明:不仅成功地显示文档,而且能防止更改、复制,为有偿性咨询服务提供技术条件。与通常采用的保护性地显示文档的方法(把各类信息转换为PDF格式文档或采用"OLE控件方式")相比,具有多种优势:简化构建数据库的程序、缩短构建周期、降低构建成本;减少占用磁盘空间;降低对用户的软件环境的要求。提出的方法可供构建各种专业学科的数据库时参考。

Proposes ideas with the OLE object method combined with dynamic programming techniques to show the document, and trial practice of building Leaf Morphology of Chinese Medicine-Venation Spectrum Identification Method Database. The results show that the ideas not only display the office series and support the OLE service document, but also to prevent changes, copy and download. And it provides technical conditions for paid consulting services. This idea of intellectual property protection is better than usually used to display the document （such as all kinds of information is converted to PDF or using OLE controls ）, such as build databases simplifying procedures, shortening the build cycle, reduces the build costs; reduces the disk space. The method that the original document can be easy to in- crease, delete, and change reduces the requirements of the software environmental. Presents a method available for reference.
