慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫功能对抗病毒疗效的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫功能对抗病毒疗效的影响。方法:选择60例HBeAg阳性的男性慢性乙型肝炎患者,按HBeAg水平高低分为两组,分别检测两组患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞表达率及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,并对两组患者同时应用阿德福韦酯联合苦参素胶囊治疗,观察患者细胞免疫功能对抗病毒疗效的影响。结果:治疗24个月时,A组HBeAg血清转换率43.33%%,B组16.66%,P<0.01;A组HBV DNA转阴率93.33%,B组HBVDNA转阴率73.33%,P<0.05;A组患者的CD4+/CD8+比值1.32±0.51,B组0.91±0.36,P<0.05;A组患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞表达率4.21±1.26%,B组6.78±1.83%,A、B两组Treg细胞表达率比较,P<0.05。结论:血清HBeAg水平的较低组患者细胞免疫功能好于HBeAg水平的较高组患者。机体更易清除HBV,取的抗病毒治疗的满意效果。
