摘要
针对多目标柔性工艺规划和调度集成问题,提出基于免疫遗传算法的多目标柔性工艺与调度集成求解方法。首先建立多目标柔性工艺规划和调度集成模型;引入决策者的模糊偏好信息实现对多个优化目标的决策;提出了基于自适应策略的免疫遗传算法,通过实例验证了方法的有效性,并与遗传算法和免疫遗传算法进行对比分析证明了方法的优越性。
Aimed at the integration of multi-objective process planning and scheduling (IPPS) problem, a method of multi-objective flexible IPPS problem based on adapted immune genetic algorithm (IGA) was proposed. The model of multi-objective IPPS problem had been established. The optimizing of multi-objective problem decision had been realized by introducing decision maker's fuzzy preference information. The IGA based on the adaptive strategies was proposed. An example is employed to test and verify the validity of the proposed method, and demonstrated the superiority by compared with genetic algorithm (GA) and IGA.
