摘要
利用ADINA软件建立了轮毂的有限元模型,得到了等效应力图和变形图,并对轮毂受载后应力和变形进行分析,采用径侧向载荷试验对有限元分析结果进行对比。研究表明,轮毂受载后最大应力出现在固定轮缘上,并且在打气孔处会产生应力集中的现象;试验加载过程中,轮毂的变形不会对刹车装置产生干涉,与有限元模拟的变形结果基本一致。
Based on wheel hub diameter in inflation pressure, radial load, the stress of the lateral load cases were analyzed, and the use of scaled software ADINA the established finite element model of wheel hub and got the effect diagram and deformation diagram, and the wheel load after the stress and deformation were analyzed, and the diameter of lateral load test is adopted to finite element analysis results were compared. The study shows that the hub on the maximum stress in parts after loaded and fixed on the rim, and play the hole will produce stress concentration phenomenon; Testing load process, the deformation of the wheel will not produce interference to brake, and the deformation of the finite element simulation results are basically identical.
