摘要 介绍了神华包头煤制烯烃项目20 kt/a硫磺回收装置工艺流程,对该装置72 h考核标定的工艺运行数据进行了计算和分析。硫磺回收装置72 h标定考核表明,该装置满负荷运行工况良好,关键操作参数与设计值基本一致,设备运行正常;对标定结果体现出来的问题,采取了相应措施,为装置平稳运行奠定了基础。 The process ot the 20 kt/a SHItUr recovery unit of the Shenhua Baotou coal-to-olefin project was introduced, , and calculation and analysis of the data for its 72 h commissioning were performed, which showed that its operation condition at full load was good and the key operation data was, in general, consistent with the design values and the equipment operation was normal. Besides, the quality of the sulfur product met the national superior product standard, and the SO2 emission concentration of the flue gas was 460 mg/m3, which lived up to the national standard.
