HC视频喉镜与普通一次性喉镜用于气管插管的对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的对比HC视频喉镜与普通一次性喉镜用于气管插管时的Cormack&Lehane分级,探讨其在处置困难气道时的应用价值。方法选取ASAl~Ⅱ级,需全麻气管插管患者40例,采用抽签法将其随机分为HC视频喉镜(HC)组20例和普通一次性喉镜(P)组20例。全麻诱导后分别交替使用两种喉镜窥喉,并记录Cormack&Lehane分级,然后使用相应组别喉镜插管,记录插管时间与插管次数。结果与P组比较,HC组Cormack&Lehane分级1级和1级与2级相加病例明显增多,3级和4级明显减少(P〈0.05),表明HC视频喉镜较普通一次性喉镜能更好显露声门。虽然插管时间和插管次数两组间无统计学差异,但其中P组有1例窥喉Cormack&Lehane分级4级,2次试插失败后改用HC视频喉镜,Cormack&Lehane分级改善至2级,一次插管成功。结论HC视频喉镜在显露声门方面显著优于普通一次性喉镜,能够降低插管难度,不仅适用于常规气管插管,还可能有益于困难气道的处置,减少相关并发症。
