摘要
采用响应面分析法优化超声辅助提取纳豆菌糖肽工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,研究液料比、NaCl浓度、超声时间对纳豆菌糖肽提取得率的影响。通过Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法确定提取BNP的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,超声辅助提取纳豆菌糖肽的最佳工艺条件是:液料比24∶1 mL/g,NaCl浓度0.15mol/L,提取时间41 min。在此条件下,BNP最高提取得率为1.89%。
Response surface methodology(RSM) was used to optimize technological parameters for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of glycopeptide from Natto. Single factor experiences were carried out to investigate the effects of liquid/material ratio, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on extraction yield of glycopeptide. Further, the process parameters were optimized using a Box-Behnken experimental design coupled with response surface methodology. The results show: liquid/material ratio(mL/g) 24∶1, ratio of NaCl concentration 0.15 mol/L, ultrasonic time 41 min, under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield of glycopeptide from natto was 1.89%。
