经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后胸痛的临床观察与分析 被引量：1

Clinical observation and analysis of chest pain after percutaneous coronary interventional therapy

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)后胸痛的原因。方法:选择近5年在我院接受PCI治疗的287例患者,观察术后3 d内胸痛发生的状况,分析原因,并提出处理建议。结果:术后3 d内有47例患者发作胸痛,发生率为16.37%。症状特点及ECG动态变化对PCI术后胸痛的鉴别诊断有重要意义。结论:PCI术后胸痛发生率较高,原因复杂多样,尤其ECG阳性者应仔细甄别,及早处理。 Objective To explore the causes of chest pain about the patients with coronary heart disease afterpercutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）.
