食物不耐受在银屑病患者中检测的可行性分析

摘要 目的通过对银屑病患者食物不耐受情况的调查分析,研究银屑病是否存在食物不耐受的可能及特点。方法采用ELISA法检测银屑病患者及健康对照血清中食物不耐受相关性IgG抗体。结果 194例银屑病患者发生食物不耐受现象者共136例(男82例,女54例),食物不耐受发生率70.12%。50例正常对照组发生食物不耐受现象共10例(男2例,女8例),食物不耐受发生率20.00%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在日常食用的14种食物中,银屑病患者发生食物不耐受的阳性率依次为大豆(64.22%)、蟹(27.13%)、虾(23.35%)、牛奶(22.00%)、牛肉(20.59%)、蘑菇(6.62%)、鳕鱼(5.88%)、鸡蛋(5.88%)、玉米(3.52%)、猪肉(1.47%)、鸡肉(1.47%)、西红柿(1.47%)、大米(0.78%),小麦未见阳性病例。正常对照发生食物不耐受的阳性率依次为蟹(70.00%)、鸡蛋(40.00%)、虾(30.00%)、玉米(20.00%)、大豆(20.00%)、大米(20.00%)、蘑菇(10.00%)、牛奶(10.00%)、牛肉(10.00%)、鸡肉(10.00%),鳕鱼、猪肉、西红柿未见阳性病例。两组比较食物不耐受种类有明显不同。结论银屑病患者可能存在食物不耐受情况,进行食物特异性IgG检测可能对银屑病患者科学饮食有一定的指导意义。 Objective To explore correlation and Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was significance on specific IgG in psoriasis vulgans patient. Methods applied to detecting food intolerance-specific serum IgG antibody level in patients with psoriasis vulgaris and healthy people. Results The positive rate of food intolerance of 194 psoriasis patients( male 82; female 54) was 70. 12% , while the healthy control group was 20% , and the difference was significant(P 〈0. 01 ). The positive rates of specific IgG level in PV group were as follows: 64.22% for soybean, 27.13% for crab, 23.35% for shrimp, 22.00% for milk, 20. 59% for beef, 6.62% for mushroom, 5.88% for cod, 5.88% for egg and 3.52% for corn, wheat have no positive cases. The positive rates of specific IgG level in normal group were as follows: 70.00% for crab, 40.00% for egg,30.00% for shrimp, 20.00% for corn, 20.00% for bean,20.00% for rice, 10.00% for mushroom, 10. 00% for milk, 10. 00% for beef, 10.00% for chicken, Cod, pork, and tomatoes have no positive case. Conclusion There are obviously different between the two groups of food intolerance. Food specific IgG detection may have certain directive to the scientific diet in patients with psoriasis.
