研究生教育担负着培养创新型高端人才、创造高水平科研成果、提供一流社会服务的使命。因此,加强高校研究生教育管理对于推动经济和社会全面发展具有重大的现实意义。本文从研究生教育管理现状入手,分析存在的问题,针对如何在新形势下加强高校研究生教育教育管理提出合理对策和建议。

The graduate education is responsible for training innovation talents, creating high level scientific re-search achievement and offering first-class social services, so it is meaningful to strengthen the graduate educa-tion management, which can promote economic and social development in an all-round way. By studying the cur-rent situation of graduate education management and analyzing the existing problems, this paper tries to put for-ward reasonable measures and suggestions to strengthen the graduate management level.
