摘要 针对风力发电机输出电压变化不定问题,设计一种基于PIC16F887的风力发电机电压控制装置。该装置的主电路包括:EMI滤波器滤波电路,二极管和RC组成的整流滤波电路,绝缘栅双极晶体管IGBT作为开关功率管的Zeta斩波电路,以及后续处理的电路。控制电路包括单片机、转速采集模块、电压采集模块、显示模块、驱动模块。该控制装置主要用于同轴型直驱式永磁风力发电机的电压控制,当风力大小变化时通过PIC16F887单片机生成PWM来改变IGBT的占空比,调节风力发电机的输出电压,使得电压保持某一特定值不变。 According to the uncertainty of the wind generator output voltage problem, design a kind of wind generator voltage control device based on PIC16F887.The device's main points, main circuit and control circuit, main circuit includes: EMI filter filter circuit, diode and RC rectifier filter circuit, composed of insulated gate bipolar transistor IGBT as the switch power tube of Zeta chopper circuit, as well as the subsequent processing circuit .Control circuit including SCM, speed sampling module, voltage module, display module, drive module.The control device is mainly used for coaxial type direct drive permanent magnet wind generator voltage control, when the wind changes in size by PIC16F887 single-chip computer to generate the IGBT by changing the PWM duty cycle, adjust the output voltage of wind turbines, makes the voltage to maintain a specific values.
