摘要
通过介绍ControINet和DeviceNet总线在济钢中厚板剪切线成功应用的案例,分析了现场总线的技术特点优点。现场和总线不仅满足了济钢中厚板剪切线的控制要求,而且运行稳定,故障率低,提高了钢板的剪切质量,实现了较大的经济效益。
Through introducing the case that ControlNet and DeviceNet field bus are used successfully in Medium and Heavy Plate Cutting Lines of Jigang Group Co.,Ltd,the characteristic and excellence of the field bus are analyzed.The field bus can notonly meetthe needs of controlusing in technology and equipment,butalso run steadily and less failure,improving steel plates＇ shearing quality and stability of the system is increased, the higher economic benefit become ture.
