摘要
本文对用梯度洗脱高效离子交换色谱分离单一稀土元素作了研究。在国产仪器及填料的基础上,提出以α-羟基异丁酸(α-HIBA)为洗脱剂,偶氮胂Ⅲ作为柱后显色剂分离并定量测定独居石中单一稀土元素含量的方法,研究了梯度中强溶剂 P(s)、弱溶剂 P(w)和梯度洗脱曲线形状 N 对分离的影响以及镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、钇的分离测定条件,并在最佳实验条件下,分析了独居石样品,各元素的回收率均在95.3%~104.6%之间。
The separation of individual rare earth elements by gradient elution high- performance ion-exchange chromatography is described.Using the self-made equipment,the contents of individual rare earth elements in Monazite can be separated and determined with α-hydroxyl-isobutanoic acid(α-HIBA) as an eluent and arsenazo Ⅲ as a post-column chromogenic reagent.The influences of strong solvent,weak solvent of gradient and shape of gradient elution curve on separation as well as the conditions of separation and determination of La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm, Eu,Y have been studied.Under the optimum condition,samples of Monazite have been analyzed.The recovery of each element is in the range of 95.3 % to 104.6%.
