某社区居民对家庭医师需求现状的调查

Investigation of the Family Physician Demand Status of Residents in a Community

目的通过对上海市某社区居民对家庭医师需求调查,了解现状,以便更有效的为社区居民提供医疗服务,改善社区居民的健康状况,提高社区居民对家庭医师的满意度。方法在某社区内随机抽取200户居民,采用自行设计的问卷,对全科医师所承担的医疗责任需求进行调查。结果接受问卷访问的调查者中,依次将"常见病、多发病的诊疗"、"慢性病随访及用药指导"、"社区病房或家庭病房"排在前三位。结论根据调查结果显示,社区居民认为家庭医师能够提供"常见病、多发病的诊疗"是首要的服务内容,故提高常规诊疗能力仍旧是全科医师应接受的培训重点。

Objective Through the investigation of residents＇ demand for family doctor for a community of Shanghai, to understand the status quo, in order to more effective to provide medical services to community residents, improve the health of＇community residents, improve the community residents satisfaction of family doctor. Methods A random sample 200 residents in a community, adopt the self-designed questionnaire, demand for medical liability by gp in the investigation. Results Accept the questionnaire respondents, in turn ＂of common disease, frequently-occurring disease diagnosis and treatment＂, ＂follow-up of chronic diseases and drug instruction＂, ＂ward or family ward of the community＂ in the top three. Conclusion According to the survey results show that community residents think family doctors to provide ＂common disease, frequently-occurring disease diagnosis and treatment＂ is the primary service content, therefore, improve the ability of conventional diagnosis and treatment is still focus should accept the training of general practitioners.
