急诊胃镜诊治上消化道出血的临床诊治效果

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Digestive Tract Hemorrhage of Emergency Gastroscopy

目的 探讨急诊胃镜诊治急性上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法 对2011年1月至2013年12月期间110例上消化道出血患者在出血后24-48 h内行急诊胃镜检查,同时行相应内镜下治疗。结果 急性上消化道出血患者急诊胃镜的病因诊断率迭94.5%（104/110）,即时止血率达86.4%（95/110）。结论 急诊胃镜是诊断和治疗上消化道出血的较好的方法,值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of emergency gastroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Methods Gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with bleeding after 24-48 h expert emergency gastroscopy from January 2011 to December 2013 110 eases of upper digestive endoscopic treatment, and the corresponding. Results The patients of emergency gastroscopy diagnosis of acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage rate to 94.5% （104/110）, immediate hemostasis rate was 86.4% （95/110）. Conclusion Emergency endoscopy is the diagnosis and treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage of good method; it is worth in clinical application.
