摘要
目的评价宫颈术后应用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜的疗效。方法宫颈术后患者120例,随机分成两组,术后应用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜者为观察组,未用者为对照组,观察比较术后阴道流血及流液时间、创面愈合时间。结果观察组术后阴道流血及流液时间、创面愈合时间较对照组明显减少。结论宫颈术后应用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜可以促进宫颈愈合,减轻术后并发症,值得推广应用。
Objective Evaluation of effect of application of chitosan cervical antibacterial film after cervical surgery. Method 120 cases of patients with cervical surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the postoperative chitosan cervical antibacterial film local medication in the observation group, not used for the control group; blood and liquid flow time, wound healing time were observed and compared postoperative vaginal. ResuR Blood and liquid flow time, wound healing time was significantly reduced compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group of vagina. Conclusion Chitosan cervical antimicrobial film can promote cervical healing after operation, reduce the postoperative complications, and is worthy of popularization and application.
