中医药治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Hyperlipidemia

目的探讨应用中医药治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院从2012年1月至2012年12月收治的158例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者做为研究对象。按照入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组88例,对照组70例。对照组采用调脂汤治疗,治疗组清宁汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果与临床指标检测变化情况。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇等检测结果优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中医药治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症治疗效果显著,清宁汤的治疗效果优于调脂汤,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods 158 eases of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as research object, according to hospitalized order they were divided into treatment group and control group, 88 cases were in the treatment group, 70 cases were in the control group. The control group were treated by Tiaozhi decoction treatment, the treatment group were treated by Qingning decoction. The therapeutic effect and the clinical index changes of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of patients in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The blood glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol and other test results in the treatinent group were better than that in the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of using traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia is remarkable, the treatment effect of Qingning decoction is better than that of Tiaozhi decoction, it is worthy of clinical popularization and applicatioh.
