Status and treads of international trade barriers types for China's forest products and their revelations

为了探究如何有效应对林产品出口贸易纠纷,本文概述了知识产权、救济措施、技术手段和绿色贸易等4种壁垒类型的定义、特点及不同表现形式等内容,并辅之以相应争端案例。在此基础上,本文归纳出了各类壁垒的现状特点与发展趋势,并提出了4点应对出口壁垒的关键启示,这对于促进林产品国际贸易健康发展具有一定参考作用。

In order to analyze how to deal with forestry products export trade disputes effectively,this paper summarized the definition,characteristics,and different patterns of four types of barriers.They were intellectual property,remedy measures,technical means and green trade.Based on what have done,the situation characteristics and development treads of those four types barriers were concluded,and four main inspirations to deal with export barriers were put forward as well,which would provide references to promote the healthy development of forestry products trade.
