帕金森病冻结步态治疗进展 被引量：6

摘要 冻结步态（freezing of gait，FOG）是帕金森病（Parkinson disease，PD）患者临床表现中常见且最具有致残性的病理步态［1］，多发生于疾病的中晚期，易导致跌倒、外伤、产生抑郁等心理问题，严重影响患者的生活质量和社会功能，是帕金森病患者生活质量下降的重要独立危险因素之一。本文就PD患者冻结步态的流行病学、临床表现、运动学特征及治疗等研究进展作一综述。
