水平井实钻轨迹监控的算法研究及应用

摘要 在水平井的实际钻进的过程中,需要对实钻井眼轨迹进行实时监控,而实时监控的主要技术指标——实钻轨迹与设计轨迹的"距离",即法面距离的计算过程比较复杂,形式也比较繁琐。为解决这一问题,利用空间圆弧模型的矢量描述技术,重新推导出了法面距离计算所需求解的方程,以及横向偏差和纵向偏差的新公式。以某水平井为实际算例进行了验证。采用新公式计算该水平井的法面距离,待钻井眼轨迹能够中靶,并且进入靶体之后一直保持在靶体轴线附近。结果表明,空间圆弧矢量描述技术在有关的数学公式推导中非常简洁,并且具有很直观的几何意义,能够简化理论公式推导过程,不易产生错误。新公式可用于钻井专用计算机软件的开发,不仅可以减少编程工作量,而且有利于代码维护,具有推广价值。 During the process of actual drilling of the horizontal wells ,real well trajectory should be monitored for real time.But the main technical description of the real-time monitor,distance between the actual well trajectory and designed trajectory,has complex computation process and forms.In order to solve this problem,equations of calculating the normal surface distance are derived again,as well as new equations of lateral and vertical deviation through vector description technology of space arc model.It is verified by certain horizontal well as actual case.If the new equation is applied to calculating the normal surface distance of this horizontal well ,undrilled well trajectory may be shot and may be near the target axis after it entered into the target.The results show that the vector description technology of space arc model may simplify the process of derivation of the theoretical equations with less or no mistake.The new equation may be applied to the development of private computer software of drilling for less programming workload and convenient code maintenance.It should be popularized.
