某石化公司原油综合加工能力为13.20Mt/a,其加工装置包括15.70Mt/a常减压蒸馏、3.00Mt/a催化裂化、2.10Mt/a蜡油加氢、1.20Mt/a加氢裂化、1.40Mt/a催化重整、1.50Mt/a Szorb催化汽油吸附,以及60kt/a MTBE、600kt/a丙烷脱沥青等。2009年4月,产能为1.00Mt/a的2号重整装置一次投产成功,标志着全厂装置流程全面打通。根据设计要求,该公司汽油产能达到2.24Mt/a,其中93号汽油1.77Mt/a,97号汽油470kt/a。按照设计的汽油调合方案,催化裂化汽油和重整汽油分别占全厂汽油调合组分总量的59.93%和34.27%,MTBE等其他调合组分占5.8%。分析认为,要增产汽油,主要是增加催化汽油和重整汽油的产量。以全流程优化软件RISM测算为导向,采取优化生产操作方案、增产催化裂化原料、拓宽连续重整原料、优化全厂工艺流程、精细化操作、优化汽油调合方案、实行产品质量卡边控制等多项措施,年增产催化汽油66.6kt、重整汽油49.4kt,合计实现年增产汽油115kt。按2013年国Ⅲ标准93号汽油与0号普通柴油不含税价差870元/t计算,全年增效10005万元。
A petrochemical producer has a total crude processing capacity of 13.20Mt/a.Its processing units include a 15.70Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,a 3.00Mt/a catalytic cracker,a 2.10Mt/a wax oil hydrogenation unit,a 1.20Mt/a hydrocracking unit,a 1.40Mt/a catalytic reformer,a 1.50Mt/a Szorb catalytic gasoline adsorption unit,a 60kt/a MTBE and a 600kt/a propane deasphalting unit.In April 2009,the company put a new 1.00Mt/a reformer (reformer no.2) into operation,marking the establishment of a complete unit pro- cess for the entire refinery.Under the design for these units,the company's gasoline production capacity reached 2.24Mt/a,including 1.77Mt/a of capacity for making RON93 gasoline and 470kt/a of capacity for producing RON97 gasoline.According to the designed gasoline blending scheme,catalytic gasoline and reformed gasoline represent 59.93% and 34.27% of the company's total volume of gasoline blending components,with other blending components,such as MTBE,together representing 5.8%.To increase the yield of gasoline,the main method is to raise the output of catalytic and reformed gasoline.Based on the computed results with the whole-process optimization software RISM,technicians took multiple measures to increase the output of gasoline,including optimizing production and operating schemes,increasing production of catalytic and cracking materials ,widening the range of raw materials for continuous reformers ,optimizing whole-refinery process ,refin- ing operations,optimizing gasoline blending schemes and exerting optimum product quality constraint control.As a result,the company's catalytic gasoline output increased by 66.6kt per year,and reformed gasoline output increased by 49.4kt per year.Calculated at the tax-free price difference of 870 yuan per ton between RON93 gasoline and 0-octane diesel fuel meeting the national 11 emission standard in 2013,the benefits from this change to the product mix will reach 100.05 million yuan per year.
