高桥石化炼厂8.0MPa氢气管网改造优化与应用

摘要 通过对高桥炼厂现有重整氢、制氢氢和膜分离氢三种产氢装置产氢量和氢纯度的分析,对柴油加氢、蜡油加氢等三套加氢装置用氢氢源、氢纯度、氢压力及新氢增压机能力的分析,说明三套加氢装置用氢来源基本相同(为重整氢和制氢氢),氢纯度一致(为92%~93%),装置系统压力一致(为7.2MPa),且新氢增压机有余量。据此提出,在炼厂相同压力等级的三套加氢装置之间,建立一套8.0MPa氢气管网。具体做法:将装置新氢增压机出口原新氢管线上接出新增管线并相互连通,根据氢气平衡和节能最大化原则,停用某套装置的一台新氢增压机,节约电耗,同时减少了泄漏耗氢。新氢管网投用与否,受装置处理量和产品质量平衡的制约,新氢管网投用不影响原生产装置操作及其产品质量。日常生产数据表明,优化后的氢气管网运行稳定,操作简单,年创效益450万元。 Through the analysis of the hydrogen production and the purity of hydrogen produced by Sinopec's Shanghai Gaoqiao Refinery's existing reformed hydrogen,hydrogen for hydrogen production,and membrane sep- aration hydrogen units,this article examines the hydrogen sources,hydrogen purity,hydrogen pressure and the capacity of fresh hydrogen booster of three hydrogen units of the company, including a diesel fuel hydrogena- tion and a paraffin wax hydrogenation unit.Analysis shows that the hydrogen sources of the three hydrogena- tion units are basically the same (reformed hydrogen and hydrogen for hydrogen production),the hydrogen pu- rities are similar (92%-93%),the system pressure of the unit is uniform (at 7.2MPa),and that the fresh hy- drogen booster has a surplus in capacity.Based on these analyses,the article suggests establishing an 8.0MPa hydrogen pipeline network between the three hydrogenation units,which have the same pressure rating.Specifi- cally ,eliciting a new pipeline from the original fresh hydrogen pipeline at the outlet of the fresh hydrogen booster and make the new pipeline interconnected with the existing pipelines;and based on the principle of ensuring hydrogen balance and maximizing energy saving,stopping use of a fresh hydrogen booster of a unit to save electric power and to reduce hydrogen leak.Whether the new hydrogen pipeline network shall be put into use depends on the processing volume of units and product quality balance.The start of operation of the new hydrogen pipeline network does not affect the operation and product quality of the existing production units.Daily production data shows that the optimized hydrogen pipeline network works stably and is easy to operate.Annual benefits from the optimization reach 4.5 million yuan.
