摘要
目的评价改良空肠造瘘在食管癌手术中的临床价值。方法对行二切口或三切口的食管癌患者术中行空肠造瘘置管,术后行肠内营养。观察术后情况。结果食管癌患者术后并发肺部感染2例,吻合口瘘1例(患者伴右肺上叶腺癌,同时行右肺上叶切除,术后伴支气管胸膜瘘),双侧喉返神经损伤2例,无手术死亡。结论改良空肠造瘘置管是食管癌术后早期或长期肠内营养支持及并发症防治的有效途径。
Objective To evaluate the effect of improved jejumum tube placing in operation for patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods Jejumum tube placing were applied to patients with esophageal carcinoma who had undergone esophectomy by two or three incisions. Enteral nutrition supports were given to patients after operation, observed the postoperative condition.Results There was no operation related death, 2 cases with pneumonitis, 1 case with anastomotic leakage, 2 cases with injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve in this group. Conclusion Improved jejumum tube placing is an effective method to prevent complications and can give early or long-term enteral nutritional supports to patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation.
