三种不同方案在高龄妇女体外受精联合胚胎移植技术助孕中的对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨三种不同方案在高龄妇女体外受精联合胚胎移植技术(IVF)助孕中的对比研究。方法 108例129个周期卵巢低反应患者,促排卵方案分成Ⅰ组(微量长方案)、Ⅱ组(拮抗剂方案)、Ⅲ组(微刺激方案),分析对比各组促排卵效果。结果 III组促性腺激素Gn天数、用量、HCG日LH值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他各临床资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵巢低反应患者实施微刺激方案效果更为明显,经济、临床价值更高。
