针灸结合核心力量训练治疗多裂肌源性腰骶痛临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察分析针灸结合核心力量训练治疗多裂肌源性腰骶痛临床疗效。方法 68例多裂肌源性腰骶痛患者分为试验组和对照组,每组34例患者,对照组患者采取药物结合低周波治疗方法;试验组患者治疗则采取针灸结合核心力量训练,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果在两组患者中,试验组治疗有效率为97.1%,对照组治疗有效率为58.8%,试验组患者临床效果要高于对照组临床效果,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对多裂肌源性腰骶痛患者的治疗中,采用针灸结合核心力量训练方法 ,较常规药物结合低周波治疗具有更好疗效,不仅能取得满意的临床疗效,还可以降低该疾病的复发率,提高患者的日常生活质量,值得在实际中推广。
