Development and Enlightenment of Keihin Waterfront Industrial Zone, Japan

京滨临海工业区是日本临海工业建设起步最早的区域,创建于明治后期,经历百余年发展,已成为日本最成熟的临海工业区之一,其发展过程亦是日本临海工业区发展的缩影。文章回顾了京滨临海工业区的发展建设历程,并评述其发展经验与教训,以期对我国临海工业区建设起到一定的启示。

In the construction of waterfront industrial zone in Japan, Keihin waterfront industrial zone was the first building area, which began at the late Meiji Period. After more than one hundred years of development, it had become one of the most mature waterfront industrial zones in Japan. The development process is also the epitome of the Japanese waterfront industrial zone development. The article reviews the development and construction process of Keihin waterfront industrial zone, and discusses the experiences and lessons, in order to obtain some enlightenment for the construction of waterfront industrial zone in China.
