自制软管式冲洗探通针在婴幼儿泪囊炎中的应用

Homemade hose type flushing probing needle in infant dacryocystitis

目的探讨自制软管式冲洗泪道探通针在婴幼儿泪囊炎中的应用。方法在95例婴幼儿泪囊炎用软管式冲洗探通针进行泪道冲洗和探通治疗,观察其疗效。结果 94例患儿溢泪、溢脓现象消失,泪道通畅而治愈,1例因鼻中隔弯曲而无效。无其他并发症发生。结论用自制软管式泪道冲洗探通针治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎是一种安全、有效、方便的方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of homemade hose flushing probing needle in infant dacryocystitis. Methods We observe the efficacy of hose flushing probing needle in lacrimal probing treatment in 95 cases of infant dacryocystitis. Results 94 cases of children with epiphora, overflow pus disappears , lacrimal duct patency were cured, one case invalid was due to nasal deviation. No other complications occurred. Conclusion Homemade hose type flushing probing needle treatment in treating infant dacryocystitis is safe, effective and convenient.
