摘要
从污水处理厂活性污泥中分离得到一株全新高效脱硫菌,通过生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列分析鉴定为多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa Y5).对菌株的生长特性和脱硫能力进行研究的结果表明,菌株在pH4~11的环境下生长良好,代谢产物呈碱性,最适生长温度为28 ~ 30℃.将脱硫菌接人生物滴滤塔中,1.5d即完成挂膜,硫化氢脱除率为98%~ 100%.考察了稳定运行阶段进气质量分数、气体流量对脱硫效果的影响,在进气质量分数为0 ~700 μg/g,气体流量为0.1 ~0.3 m3/h的条件下,硫化氢脱除率稳定在90%以上.
A novel efficient desulfurization bacterial strain is isolated from the activated sludge of sewage treatment plants,which is identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa Y5 based on its physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA series.The growth habit and desulfurization performance of this bacterial strain are studied.The results show that the bacterial strain grows very well in the pH and temperature range of 4-11 and 28-30℃,respectively.Its metabolites are alkaline.In biotrickling filter reactor,the film formation can be completed in 1.5 day and the removal efficiency of H2S is 98%-100%.The effects of flux concentration and the flow rate on the H2S removal efficiency are also investigated during the steady running period,t H2S removal efficiency remains 90% when flux concentration and flow rate are 0-700 μg/g and 0.1-0.3 m3/h,respectively.
