油脂是水产饲料中重要的能量原料,油脂酸败是影响油脂品质的关键因素。本文就不同油脂脂肪酸组成特点以及在储存过程中品质变化作一简述。
Oil is one of the most important fat source in aquaculture feeds. The rancifi cation of oil is a key fator to affect the quality of oil. The article described the fatty acid composition and the quality change of different oil during conventional storage.
