铸造机壳密封区水压试验泄漏问题分析

摘要 重点介绍了氧压机机壳在水压试验过程中两侧密封区因铸件材料原因发生泄漏,如何快速、准确查找漏点,制定合理的补救措施,保证产品质量,消除隐患,保证产品交货期。使料废机壳起死回生,降低成本,节约加工费25万元。 This paper introduced the leaking in sides of sealing zones of oxygen compressor casing during hydraulic testing due to the casting material and how to quickly, accurately find the leaking points, how to formulate reasonable remedial measures, to ensure product quality, and how to eliminate the hidden dangers, to ensure product delivery. It can improve the casing, reduce the cost and save the processing fees of 250,000 yuan.
