摘要 我公司为某装置中设计的钛换热管加热器在生产过程和停车检修时,发现多根换热管在管端部严重腐蚀泄露。根据对换热管表面和截面腐蚀产物分析和能谱分析,得知:钛换热管的失效形式为缝隙腐蚀,引起失效的因素包括介质及结构因素等。 The titanium tube heater, which is designed by our company for a device, is founded that the end of titanium tubes are corroded seriously and cause leakage in the production process and maintenance. According to the analysis of corrosion product and energy spectrum analysis on the surface and cross-section of the heat exchange tube, it is founded that the failure form is crevice corrosion and the failure factors are related with the medium and structure etc.
