摘要
以硝酸尾透静叶环逆向设计及加工制造的过程为研究对象,以数据分析、试验的方式对静叶环加工制造过程中的质量问题进行了分析,得出了合理的安装间隙,静叶环焊接变形得到了有效控制。
Aiming at the process of reverse design and manufacturing of nitrate tail turbine static vane ring as the research object, this paper analyzed the quality problems in the process of processing and manufacturing of static vane ring in the means of data analysis and test. The reasonable installation gap is obtained and the welding deformation of static vane ring is controlled effectively.
