摘要
目的:探讨牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎龈下微生物构成的影响。方法选择2012年1~10月就诊于乌鲁木齐市口腔医院牙周科的慢性牙周炎患者30例,按慢性牙周炎基础治疗程序施以全口超声波龈上洁治术+超声根面平整术+手工根面平整术,分别于治疗前、治疗后、治疗后1周、治疗后2周采集龈下菌斑进行厌氧培养,测定牙龈卟啉单胞菌、具核梭杆菌、中间普氏菌、消化链球菌、二氧化碳嗜纤维菌、韦荣球菌的检出率和检出量。结果(1)治疗前牙龈卟啉单胞菌、具核梭杆菌、中间普氏菌检出率为100%,治疗后中间普氏菌、消化链球菌、二氧化碳嗜纤维菌、韦荣球菌的检出率下降为0,而牙龈卟啉单胞菌与具核梭杆菌仍存在检出率。治疗后1周及2周时,牙龈卟啉单胞菌、具核梭杆菌、中间普氏菌、消化链球菌、二氧化碳嗜纤维菌、韦荣球菌检出率均比治疗前有所降低,且消化链球菌、二氧化碳嗜纤维菌、韦荣球菌检出率的下降幅度低于其他菌种检出率的下降幅度。(2)治疗前6菌种检出量均高,治疗后中间普氏菌、消化链球菌、二氧化碳嗜纤维菌、韦荣球菌检出量降低为0,牙龈卟啉单胞菌和具核梭杆菌仍有检出量,但明显低于治疗前。治疗后1周及2周时,各菌种检出量均较治疗前低。治疗后第2周相较于治疗后第1周,除韦荣球菌的其他菌种的检出量均具有统计学差异,但存在某些细菌检出量升高,某些细菌检出量减低的情况,而韦荣球菌检出量未见明显统计学差异。结论牙周基础治疗可有效去除牙周可疑致病菌,但不能完全去除。
Objective Exploration on periodontal therapy for chronic periodontitis gum by microorganisms. Methods Chose 30 patients who were diagnosed in Urumqi stomatological hospital from January 2012 to October 2012. The basis of chronic periodontitis treatment program was full mouth ultrasonic gum + ultrasonic clean ruling on root surface smooth + manual root with smooth surface, respectively before and after treatment, 1 and 2 weeks after treatment, anaerobic culture acquisition under the gum plaque, the detection rate and the detection of various strains were measured. Results (1)Before treatment, the porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg), Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn) and Prevotella intermedia (Pi) detection rate were 100%, after treatment, Capnocytophaga, Prevotella intermedia (Pi), Peptostreptococcus, Veillonella detection rate reduced to 0, At 1 and 2 weeks after treatment, six strains were much lower than before. Addicted to Capnocytophaga, Peptostreptococcus, Veillonella detection rate decreased signiicantly less than other bacteria. (2) 6 strains detected rate was high before treatment, after treatment, detection quantity of Capnocytophaga, Prevotella intermedia(Pi), Peptostreptococcus, Veillonella was 0. the porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg), Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn) can still be detected, but the quantity was lower than that before treatment. Compared with 1 and 2 weeks after treatment, Veillonella detection quantity had no statistical difference, the rest of the bacteria detection quantity was statistically signiicant, but there were some reduction of bacteria detection quantity, and some rise of bacteria detection quantity. Conclusion Periodontal basic treatment can effectively remove periodontal pathogens suspicious, but can not be completely removed.
