观察颅外颈内动脉段狭窄支架成形术的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Extracranial Internal Carotid Artery Stenosis Stenting

目的 观察颅外颈内动脉段狭窄支架成形术的临床治疗效果。方法 选取颅外颈内动脉段狭窄患者60例,采用支架成形术进行治疗。结果 患者治疗后病情恢复快,治愈率100%;随访期间无严重并发症,未发管腔再狭窄情况。结论 颅外颈内动脉段狭窄支架成形术的临床治疗效果显著。

Objective Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of extmcranial intemal carotid artery stenosis stenting. Methods We selected 60 cases of internal carotid artery extracranial stenosis segment and used the stenting treatment. Results Aider treatment, the cure rate was 100%, in the follow-up period, there was no serious complications. Conclusion Clinical effect of extracranial internal carotid artery stenosis stenting was significant.
