Teaching Method for Nursing Undergraduates During Clinical Practice in Neurology Intensive Care Unit

临床实习是不同层次护生向护理岗位过渡的必经阶段,临床带教质量的优劣直接影响到护理毕业生的质量。我科室通过建立带教小组、评估实习、做好入科宣教、注重理论知识学习、培训操作技能、考核六个方面使护理本科生在神经内科重症监护室实习中加强了危重症专科的能力培养。

Clinical practice is the necessary transition stage to nursing positions for different levels of nursing students, the quality of clinical teaching directly affects the quality of nursing undergraduates. Through the establishment of teaching team, assessment practice, education, theoretical knowledge, training skills and examine, we strengthened the ability of specialized critically ill nursing for nurse undergraduates＇ internship in neurology intensive care unit.
