Research and application for the process and equipment of interface technology between steelmaking and rolling mill section in the bar production

摘要 结合某钢厂棒材生产工程实例,通过分析炼钢-连铸-轧钢界面工艺及设备关键技术的衔接匹配、协同、缓冲问题,提高了热送热装率,并缩短了生产周期,从而提高了炼钢—连铸—轧钢生产工序的连续化程度,其经济效益和社会效益显著,具有较大的推广应用价值。 According to an instance of the bar production, the key technology of matching, coordination and buffering problem were analyzed by the process and equipment of steelmaking - continuous casting - the rolling interface technology. The hot charging rate was increased, and the production cycle became short. Thereby, the continuous degree of the steel-making - continuous casting - roiling production processes was increased. Its economic and social benefits were significant and it has a larger application value.
