我国电子信息产业反垄断问题研究——以与知识产权有关的反垄断为视角

The Research on Chinese Electronic Information Industry's Monopoly--Related to Intellectual Property Right's Perspective

本文拟对当今世界电子信息领域的知识产权垄断现状进行梳理,分析垄断的成因和表现,并总结有代表性的国家和地区在这个领域推进知识产权反垄断的经验,并在此基础上结合我国国情,探讨我国电子信息领域应对知识产权滥用导致垄断问题的解决途径和完善建议。

This article will summarize the current intellectual property monopoly situation in electronic information industry in the world and analysis the causes and characteristics,as while as summarize some representative countries and regions experience of how to promote intellectual property monopoly in this field.On the basis of it,combined with China＇s national conditions,we will make some suggestions for China to slove the intellectual property monopoly in the filed of electronic information industry.
