基于虚拟现实的复杂产品数字样机系统研究

摘要 简要介绍了数字样机技术的特点和应用现状,结合复杂产品工程设计的特点,分析了数字样机技术在复杂产品设计阶段的应用。基于此分析了数字样机系统的总体框架和逻辑架构,给出了数字样机系统功能分析。重点分析了设计验证与优化、设计协同、维护支持的实现方法,给出了数字样机系统的部分应用示例。结合已开展的研究工作和存在的问题,探讨了下一步急需开展的研究工作。 The design characteristic and the application actuality of DMU (Digital Mock-Up) are simply introduced. According as the design characteristic of complex product, the application of DMU on complex product design is analyzed. The whole frame and logic configuration are illuminated, and function analysis of DMUS (DMU System) is depicted. The realization method of design validation and optimization, design cooperation, maintenance support are emphatically analyzed, and some applied examples of DMUS are displayed. The future imperative studies for DMU are discussed based the developed work and existent problem.
