摘要
通过钟表蒙的材料特点、结构特征,运用了CAE模拟成型过程的壁上剪切应力、充填结束时的压力、压力、填充末端冻结层因子,预测塑件的成型性能和产品的质量;整套模具结构简单合理,动作可靠,制品脱模顺利,生产的塑件精度高,产品完全达到客户要求,模具结构对同类形状塑件具有一定的参考价值。
