摘要
通过对01005元件SMT生产缺陷自动检测系统的开发与实现,使得PCB成品的质量得到了控制。检测系统采用定位、摄像和图像处理等技术,精确地标识出PCB产品的缺陷性质与位置。在实际生产中运行稳定,降低了生产成本。
The quality of PCB products is controlled by designing and implementing automatic detection of SMT manufacturing defects. Defects of PCB products are precisely detected and identified by adopting location, photograph and image processing technology. The whole system is stable and low-cost in run.
