摘要
综述了茂/单茂金属催化剂、二元胺前过渡金属催化剂、α-二亚胺后过渡金属催化剂和水杨醛亚胺前过渡金属催化剂在烯烃配位活性聚合中的研究进展,以及各种催化剂催化烯烃配位活性聚合的实例和影响配位活性聚合的关键因素。这四种烯烃配位活性聚合催化剂中,茂/单茂金属催化剂的研究结果最成熟,但其他三种非茂体系的催化剂具有制备容易、催化烯烃配位活性聚合的条件温和、在实际应用中易实现的优势。此外,采用多重活性聚合的方法能解决配位活性聚合时催化剂利用率低的问题。
The authors reviewed the research progress in olefin coordination living polymerization with typical coordination polymerization catalysts, such as metallocene catalyst, chelating diamide complexes of early transition metal, (α-diimine) Pd/Ni catalysts and bis(phenoxy-imine) early transition metal complexes. The examples of olefin coordination living polymerizations with these catalysts and the key factors influencing living polymerization were introduced. The research on the catalytic behavior of metalloeene catalyst is the most completed so far. However, the other three types of non-metallocene catalysts can be prepared easier. And their olefin coordination living polymerizations can be achieved under more mild conditions. The problem of low utilization coefficient of living polymerization catalysts can be solved by means of muhiple living polymerization.
