生防菌株SY286对葡萄霜霉病菌的抑菌效果 被引量:6

摘要 研究了生防细菌SY286菌株对葡萄霜霉病菌的抑菌效果,试验结果表明:SY286菌株在代谢过程中能够产生纤维素酶、蛋白酶和嗜铁素等抑菌代谢产物;SY286的发酵液成分可导致葡萄霜霉病菌菌丝及孢子囊出现皱缩、破裂等现象;SY286振荡培养3d,抑菌效果最大,达93.18%;60%的硫酸铵饱和度下提取的抑菌粗提蛋白对葡萄霜霉病菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌效果可达76.30%。 This study was mainly on the inhibitory effect of SY286 strain against Plasmopara viticola. The analysis result of metabolism products from SY286 strain showed that its metabolism products contained some antibacterial substance such as cellulase, proteinase and siderophore. SY286 strain could lead to the myeelia and sporangium shrunken and fracted by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It exhibited strong antibacterial activity against P. viticola after shaking culture 3 days, with inhibitory effect of 93.18%. Antagonistic protein was obtained by adding ammonium sulphate to supernatant fluid of SY286 to a finial saturation of 60%, and it showed a good control effect (76.30%) against P. viticola .
