中国人民银行副行长潘功胜在”社会融资规模与金融业综合统计研讨会”上指出．在我国金融业正在发生深刻变化的背景下，传统的金融统计分析框架及其有效性、准确性受到挑战。当前要加快推进金融统计改革．建立统一、全面、共享的金融业综合统计体系．要建立金融信息共享与金融业综合统计协调机制．尽快确立金融业综合统计框架，积极推进金融业统计标准落地和金融统计法规制度建设．构建金融业综合统计与信息共享平台。

Pan Gongsheng, Deputy Governor of the People＇s Bank of China, points out that the financial statistics reform shall be accelerated under the ongoing profound changes in China＇s financial sector. A unified, comprehensive and shared statistics system for financial sector shall be set up, the statistics standards for financial sector shall be implemented and the financial statistical legislation shall be actively promoted.
