摘要 为了探讨叶黄化对俄罗斯杨生理生化特征变化的影响,本研究对不同黄化等级的叶片生理生化指标进行了测定,分析了各项指标与不同黄化等级的关系。结果显示:随着黄化程度的加重,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素、SOD和POD的含量呈下降趋势。不同黄化等级的叶片,叶片水势总体呈现先下降后上升的趋势,7:00时叶片具有较高的水势,13:00时降至最低;净光合速率呈现双峰变化趋势,13:00时出现最高峰;正常叶片的水势和净光合速率均高于黄化叶片。MDA随着黄化程度的加重呈现先增加后下降的变化。PPO含量呈现不规则波动,只在黄化最严重(Ⅴ级)有所增加。各指标与黄化均呈负相关关系,其中叶绿素、SOD、POD含量与黄化具有较高的负相关性,并达到显著水平。 In order to discuss the effects of leaf etiolation on Populus Russkii,the contents of physiological and biochemical index under different leaf etiolation grade were measured in this paper.The relations of some index and etiolation grade were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a,b,a +b,SOD and POD dropped significantly with etiolation aggravation.Water potential within different etiolation leaves decreased firstly and then increased totally.Water potential was higher at 7:00 and lowest at 13:00.Pn presented the double peak trends and peaked at 13:00.Water potential and Pn were higher in normal leaves than in etiolation.MDA increased firstly and then gradually decreased.The content of PPO exhibited irregular fluctuation,which increased at the most serious etiolation grade.There was a negative correlation between every index and etiolation grade.Chlorophyll, SOD and POD were significantly negative correlation with etiolation grade.
