摘要
针对原料氢氧化钴的组成特点 ,通过绘制E—pH图进行理论分析与试验研究确定了热水搅洗———还原溶解———氧化脱砷的萃前处理工艺及其优化控制条件 ,结果表明添加次氯酸钠和铁盐以砷酸铁形态脱砷 ,具有较好的脱砷效果和钴直收率 ,在优化条件下原料至萃前液的Co直收率达 94 %~ 98% ,萃前液As、Fe含量均降至4 0mg/L以下 ,用其产出之最终产品氧化钴粉体 ,质量优异 ,表明所拟萃前处理工艺及其控制条件 ,合理而有效 。
Based on composition and characteristics of raw material cobalt hydroxide and E-pH diagram,the pre-treatment technology using hot-water washing with agitation,reduction disolution and oxidation removal of arsenic is applied.The optimized control conditions for cobalt sulfate solution before extrction are determined.The results showed that the arsenic can be removed effectively in form of iron arsenate and reach a higher direct recovery of cobalt by adding sodium hypochlorite and iron salt.Under optimized conditions,the direct recovery of cobalt from raw material to solution reaches 94%~98%,and As and Fe in solution reduce to less than 40 mg/L befor extraction.The powder produced is of excellent quality.This technology and operating conditions can be used for commercialized production.
