摘要
本文介绍了一种合成头孢曲松内酯的新方法,总摩尔收率96.4%,合成方法路线短、操作简便,收率高,产物结构经IR、MS、NMR等确证。此外,本文还对头孢曲松内酯进行了遗传毒性研究。
In this work, a novel method was introduced to synthesize eeftriaxone lactone with the mole yield of 96.4%. It was proved that this method is an effective route for the production with fewer steps, simpler operations and higher yields. The structure of the products is certified by IR, MS and NMR spectrums. In addition, the genotoxicity is also investigated for the ceftriaxone lactone.
