摘要
对传统的镁热还原法和TiCl4熔盐电解法生产海绵钛工艺流程中的能源分配及消耗情况进行了总结分析 ,重点提出了一种在熔融CaCl2 体系中直接电解还原TiO2 制取海绵钛的低能耗。
The energy distribution and consumption in conventional magnesiothermic reduction and TiCl 4 molten salt electrolysis processes for sponge titanium production is reviewed and analyzed.A new process with low energy consumption and non-pollution is suggested,With the new process,the titanium is recovered by direct electrolysis reduction of titanium dioxide in molten calcium cloride medium.
