摘要 分析了影响车门开闭感的主要因素,将车门开启力、车门开启声音、车门关门声音、最小关门速度和背压力作为评价车门开闭感的评价参数。以此对某SUV车型提出了优化方案。对比该车型优化前、后的车门开闭感评价参数测量结果可知,优化后各参数均有不同程度的减小,优化措施有效,解决了其车门开闭感较差的问题。 The main factors affecting door opening-closing feel are analyzed in the paper, door opening force, door opening sound, door closing sound, minimum closing speed and back pressure are used as parameters to evaluate vehicle door opening-closing feel, on this basis, optimization is proposed for a SUV. It is known by comparing door opening-closing evaluation parameters measurement of the SUV before and after optimization that, after optimization, the parameters diminish at varying degrees, proving that the optimization is effective, thus improving door opening-closing feel.
